One moment, you're handing out Halloween candy, and the next, 2025 is already gone. It’s easy to feel like the year just slipped through your fingers—where did all that time go? What did you learn from it? Who did you become, and who are you becoming?
Now, with 2026 rushing toward us, we have one precious chance to take a moment and pause. To create a ritual that transcends the anxieties and worries of today and looks at the longer horizon.
What if, instead of rushing ahead, you could take the time to celebrate the wins, learn from the challenges, and use those insights to shape a more intentional, fulfilling year ahead?
(Especially if you weren’t totally satisfied with this past year and want 2026 to be different.)
What’s the “secret” to starting the new year with confidence and focus? An Annual Review.
Now is the perfect time to step back, reflect on everything you’ve experienced over the last year, celebrate your wins, and process your challenges. By looking back, you’ll gain powerful insights that will help you create a clear vision and set meaningful goals for 2026.
I’ve spent over 10 years refining this process to help you tap into your own subconscious fears, desires, and limiting beliefs. Together, we’ll walk through a step-by-step framework that’s designed to empower you to achieve your goals and stay motivated throughout the year—and beyond.
Through your Annual Review, you will…
After 17 years of doing my own annual reviews and 5+ years of guiding hundreds of people through the process, I'm bringing my complete methodology to a wider audience through my upcoming book, Life in Perspective.
This year's Annual Review program offers something special: everyone who joins gets exclusive early access to the complete book manuscript—a full year before it's published. You'll work through the framework as outlined in the book at your own pace, experiencing the methodology firsthand.
But you're not just reading early. Your feedback will help me polish the manuscript and shape how the methodology is explained and applied. You'll influence the final version that thousands of people will use to transform their own annual reviews.
This is your chance to be part of bringing this transformative practice to the world while transforming your own year in the process.

"Let me put it this way: if you had a banner year where everything just clicked—take this course. And if you had one of those years where it felt like the universe was using you as its personal punching bag—definitely take this course. Honestly, just take it. It’s the gift you didn’t know you needed but will wonder how you lived without.
In a world that feels like it’s on 2x speed, where days blur into weeks, this course gives you something rare and priceless: time to pause, breathe, and actually think.
Tiago has this almost annoyingly genius way of turning what could feel like a boring chore—reviewing your year—into this surprisingly soulful and creative process. It’s like therapy, but with Post-it notes and a lot less crying.
You’ll look back on your year with more gratitude than you thought possible, and—somehow—you’ll come out the other side with clarity about what’s next. I don’t know how it works; it just does. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself for it."

We'll guide you through the complete Annual Review process between Dec. 4 and Jan. 7. There are no prerequisites or requirements to join. Whether you're a seasoned planner or new to the concept, you're welcome here.
You'll work through the ARC framework as outlined in the Life in Perspective book manuscript at your own pace, with two live sessions bookending your experience:
Thursday, Dec. 4, 12 pm ET – 90 min
We'll kick off together with an overview of the complete ARC framework, how to use the book and templates effectively, setting your intentions for the review ahead, and live Q&A. You'll gather the tools and materials you need and prepare mentally for the reflection process.
Appreciate the Past (Self-Paced)
Reflect on the past year by revisiting key memories, accomplishments, and lessons learned. Identify meaningful moments and create a gratitude list to close the year with a sense of completion.
Reflect on the Present (Self-Paced)
Connect the dots between all the artifacts you've collected so far. Identify what ideas or new directions are most alive and exciting for you right now, tapping into the power of your emotions as potent sources of information.
Create the Future (Self-Paced)
Using everything you've learned and gathered up until now, look ahead to the future and craft a clear vision for the next season of your life. Set goals and intentions, and choose a set of projects that concretely turn your priorities into reality.
Wednesday, Jan. 7, 12 pm ET – 90 min
Come together to share wins and insights from your annual review and celebrate with the community. We'll show you how to set up systems and routines to create a scaffolding for your new direction. Learn strategies to revisit your goals regularly and, even more importantly, tweak and tune them as you discover more about what is working and what you truly want. Live Q&A included.
Completing your Annual Review doesn’t have to be a solitary process. In fact, it shouldn’t be!
It’s not only more fun to do it with a group, but you’ll also benefit much more from the experience through:
"The Annual Review workshop is a masterpiece, thoughtfully designed to deliver content, interaction, and an overall experience, to psychologically shape me to dive deep in discovery and ultimately get the most value possible from the investment of time and energy put into doing an annual review. You can find self-guided annual review templates freely proliferated on the internet, but never have I been expertly guided in such a unique way that unlocked twice as much as I could alone. Plus and perhaps most of all to remember, connect, and create alongside a brilliant, supportive community of individuals committed to moving their intentions for the year into action. It's priceless."

I’ve been doing annual reviews for 17 years now, and they’ve changed my life.
What began as a simple journaling exercise has evolved into a powerful introspective ritual that reliably renews my clarity, focus, and motivation.
Through this journey, I’ve built a career I could never have envisioned, grown a successful multi-million dollar business, and achieved personal goals I once thought were out of reach.
Each year, I reflect on my most important lessons learned, accomplishments, and areas for growth, helping me navigate major life transitions without forgetting my values and principles.
I’ve even gone as far as sharing my annual reviews publicly, which has held me accountable and given others a window into my thinking (you can read them here). Of course, sharing your review publicly is completely optional.
What I'm teaching you in this program is the exact process that will be featured in my upcoming book.
What I'm teaching you isn't just theory—it's the exact practice that has transformed my own life year after year.
Join me in this transformative ritual, and find out what it looks like to reach your potential in 2026.

"I heard about the annual review process at a time when I really wanted to sort through some dilemmas in my head about my work and personal life. I hesitated about signing up because I needed more than some goal seeting exercises. But once i realised that what was on offer was actually a deep life review with the goal setting as almost a side product, I got involved. The process was as much a buffet of thought provoking optional sessions as a five step process from past through to future. The overall effect was significant for me and clearly for many others as well. There was no hoopla or guru bullshit, just well constructed adult ideas, facilitation and ineraction. It evoked in me a great mix of inner calm and inspiration to make some important changes. Thank you Tiago and colleagues."

"The greatest value of this workshop came from being introduced to this group of people. It’s been a struggle for me to find ambitious, supportive, and motivated people to work with. Somehow, you’ve found dozens and cultivated an environment of creativity, collaboration, and community that made the sessions exponentially more effective. At the end of the weekend, I had a finished project that I am proud of, but more importantly, I’ve found a community that I can grow with and that is priceless."

This year's Annual Review program offers something unique: you'll get access to Tiago's complete book manuscript a full year before it's published. The book includes the complete Annual Review methodology and guides you through the entire process, which you'll work through at your own pace.
Your feedback will help polish the manuscript and make the book the best it can be before thousands of people read it. Your experience and insights will directly influence how the methodology is presented, explained, and applied in the final published version.
The two live sessions will take place on the following dates. All sessions will be recorded so you can rewatch them later.
Kickoff Session: Thursday, Dec. 4, 12 pm – 1:30 pm ET (view in your timezone)
Wrap-Up Session: Wednesday, Jan. 7, 12 pm – 1:30 pm ET (view in your timezone)
It really depends on you. You can make your Annual Review as simple and quick or as deep and comprehensive as you want it to be.
At minimum, you should plan time to read the manuscript (approximately 60,000 words, or 200 pages) and work through the core exercises. Some people complete their Annual Review as a "speed run" in 4 hours total, doing it all in one focused session.
However, many participants find greater value in spreading the work over several days or weeks, giving themselves time to reflect deeply on each phase. You might spend anywhere from 4-12+ hours total, depending on how thoroughly you engage with the process.
The beauty of the self-paced format is that you control the depth and timing. Whether you prefer an intensive weekend session or bite-sized reflection over several weeks, the framework adapts to your style.
After the kickoff session on Dec. 4, you'll have access to the complete book manuscript, templates, and framework to work through at your own pace. The program is designed to be completed between Dec. 4 and Jan. 7, giving you flexibility to fit the work into your holiday schedule.
If you can't complete everything within that timeframe, that's perfectly fine. You're more than welcome to extend your work beyond Jan. 7 and take the time you need for your Annual Review. However, Jan. 7 is the deadline for submitting any feedback on the book manuscript, so if you want to help shape the final version, plan to complete your review and provide your insights by then.
You'll have access to the Circle community throughout the program and afterward to ask questions, share insights, and connect with other participants. We'll provide regular check-ins and accountability support to help you maintain momentum, even during the busy holiday season.
You'll retain indefinite access to the Circle community and the recordings of both live sessions, so you can revisit them anytime.
However, access to the book manuscript will only be available until January 7. After that date, the manuscript access will be revoked as it continues to evolve into the final published book. This is the only component with a time limit.
The beauty of The Annual Review is its accessibility – there are no specific prerequisites or requirements to join. Whether you're a seasoned planner or new to the concept, you're welcome here.
That said, to get the most out of the experience, it can be incredibly helpful to have some raw materials from the past year at your fingertips. Things like journals, personal notes, photographs, or any other records that capture your experiences and thoughts from the year will be valuable. They'll help you start with something concrete and make your process more personal and meaningful.
Don't worry if you don't have an extensive collection of such materials. Even a few notes or memorable photos can serve as a great starting point for reflection and planning. The program is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your unique journey, and we’ll guide you in how and where to collect any existing material you may have.
So, come as you are, with whatever you have from the past year, and we'll take it from there!
Yes! We're offering an exclusive Black Friday discount of $50 off (just $149 instead of $199), available until Friday, Nov. 28, at midnight PT.
We also support Purchasing Power Parity pricing, which means, depending on where you're located in the world, you might qualify for a lower price to make the program more accessible.

We’re happy to offer you “Buy now, pay later” options through Klarna and Afterpay/Clearpay, which enable you to pay for the program in interest-free installments (for US customers only at this time). You’ll find these options under “Payment Methods."
Due to the exclusive nature of this program and the immediate access to the complete book manuscript, we are unable to offer refunds. This program is designed for committed participants who are ready to complete the work and provide meaningful feedback.
We want to ensure everyone who joins is fully committed to the process and to helping shape the final book.
Most large organizations, and many smaller ones, will reimburse tuition for professional development. We’ve created a proposal template that you can use to request reimbursement.
